Construction
The following is a guide to the construction process of your SIP home one site:
- Day 1
Fit, align and level sole plate and PB plate.
- Day 2
Erect ground floor walls, beams, and joisting.
- Day 3
Deck out first floor, align and fit PB plate, start erecting 1st floor walls.
- Day 4
Balance of 1st floor walls, beams, joists, attic deck.
- Day 5
Erect gables, ridge beams, purlins, trusses (where required), fit roof panels.
- Day 6
Fit roof panels, finish out details - e.g membrane details, checklist, sign-off.
