Purchase Process
- Where to begin: Upload or post a copy of your house plans to SIP Energy Homes
- SIP Energy Homes will review your plans, adapt them to Sip build detail and send you a detailed estimate based on your design. Each estimate is prepared showing precisely what is included in your kit, so that communication is kept open and straightforward.
- Contracts
- Stage Payments Four stage payments are required:
- Deposit
- Manufacture
- Pre-delivery
- Completion - Approve SIP build drawings and finalise kit
- Manufacture SIP Energy Home in our Athenry facility
- On the agreed date the kit will be erected by our own erection team (subject to conditions)
